Train for the body you actually have.
Private, one-on-one personal training for adults and kids 8 and up. Strength, fat loss, mobility, confidence. Built on a plan designed around you, not a template pulled off a shelf.
Book Consult · $50Real people. Real goals.
The EVOLVE fitness client isn't chasing a magazine cover. They're chasing something honest. More energy, less low-back pain, a stronger body that carries them through their work, their kids, their sports, and the next forty years.
Whether you're 8 or 68, starting from zero or rebuilding after injury, the method is the same: assess what you can do, build toward what you want to do, measure progress honestly.
- Adults working on strength, fat loss, or longevity
- Kids and teens building athletic foundations (ages 8+)
- New moms returning to training safely
- Desk-bound professionals undoing years of sitting
- Seniors protecting bone density, balance, and independence
Four pieces. One program.
Every EVOLVE fitness client gets the same four ingredients. How much of each. That's where the plan gets personal.
Move well first
Joint range, soft-tissue care, and movement quality. The stronger foundation is the one that moves well before it moves heavy.
The non-negotiable
Progressive resistance training built around the patterns your life actually uses. Squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, carries. Loaded honestly.
Build the engine
A mix of low-intensity aerobic work and short interval work. More energy across the day, lower resting heart rate, stronger recovery.
Nutrition & sleep
The 165 hours a week you're not in the gym. Honest coaching on food and recovery, matched to your life, not a meal-plan PDF.
Numbers that matter
Strength benchmarks, body composition, mobility tests, sometimes labs. Progress you can see, not just feel.
Weekly check-ins
Private coaching means real feedback. Weekly adjustments based on what your body did this week, not what a spreadsheet said it would.
In-person · Remote coaching available anywhere in the world
How we actually work together.
Personal training gets a bad rap because most of it is just a professional handing you a dumbbell for an hour. That's not coaching. That's companionship.
EVOLVE coaching starts with a movement and lifestyle assessment. I want to see how you move, how you sit, how you sleep, what you eat, what you've done before, and what's hurt, that assessment is the program's first draft.
1 · The consult
A free 20-minute call. You tell me where you are and what you want. I tell you honestly whether I can help, and if I can't, who can. No pitch.
2 · The first session
We do the assessment: posture, movement screen, strength baselines, mobility checks. You leave with a clear picture of where your body is and what the first four weeks will look like.
3 · The plan
Programmed around your schedule, your goals, and your constraints. Most clients train 2–4 days a week. Some in person, some hybrid. Every session has a reason you'll understand.
4 · Progress measured honestly
Strength numbers, mobility scores, body composition. We track what actually matters for your goal, and we adjust when the numbers say something needs to change.
Programs for kids & teens (ages 8+)
Kids' programming is different. Ages 8–13 focus on movement skills, coordination, and enjoyable training, not max lifts. Teens who are ready for real loading get age-appropriate progressions, with emphasis on technique, recovery, and long-term development. No one gets hurt chasing numbers.
Programs for adults working a real job
Most clients are busy adults. 40 hours a week, kids at home, a phone that never stops. The program acknowledges that. Sessions that actually fit a schedule. Recovery built around your sleep, not a fantasy version of it. Honest conversations about stress, travel, and what's realistic this month.
Programs for older adults
Strength training is the single most researched intervention for aging. Bone density, balance, muscle mass, and independence all improve dramatically with honest work. Programming is careful, loaded, and respectful of your history.
Common fitness questions.
What ages do you train?
Ages 8 and up. Programming for kids focuses on movement quality, coordination, and confidence, not loading a bar. Adults of any age are welcome.
Do I need gym experience?
No. Many of the best clients start with zero gym time. Private coaching means the program and pace are built entirely around you.
How often will I train?
Most clients train 2–4 times a week. The honest answer depends on your goals, schedule, and recovery. We figure that out on the consult.
Is this in-person only?
Primarily in-person Hybrid options exist for clients who travel or can only meet occasionally.
How soon will I see results?
Strength gains usually show in 2–3 weeks. Body composition changes in 4–8 weeks. Long-term results. The ones you actually care about. Take honest work over months, not weeks.
Ready to get started?
Tell me what you're working toward. I'll tell you honestly if I can help, and how we'd get there.
